Event -- Unknown variable for a door phone

This warning Event (Unknown variable '%%Type%%' in template fanvil_doorphone.ph.xml at position 5425) began getting logged every hour (almost exactly to the second) about three weeks ago. We don't have a Fanvil Door Phone anywhere in our environment. Is there way to resolve the error to stop the Event?
