Hello, community,

Every time I try to drop a call from one of my extensions, I have been getting this error. The call has been on for the last 5 days.
"Exception of type TCX.PBXAPI.Operation failed occurred in 'ProcessDropCall' line 6466. Message: Unspecified"

What could be the issue?

I do not have an explanation for the error, but did want to mention that rebooting the 3CX server will delete the call.
