Exchange 2013 CU20

I am getting a long string of System.Net exceptions in the log which then end with a Connect to Exchange failed/ SSL/TLS relationship error when trying to integrate 3CX PRO v15.5.13103.5 with Exchange 2013 CU20. I realize the documentation specifically calls out 2013 SP1 but just wanted to confirm that CU20 is supported before going the rabbit hole of chasing certificate mismatches.

If needed, a log entry can be provided.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Just so we are clear. This is using a known good external URL (https://company.com/owa). If I use an internal link (https://server.local/owa) the error reduces to simply:

But this is expected (I suppose) as our certificate does not encompass this.

Hello @jloogey

The internal connection fails due to the certificate. And the connection to the external endpoint is being rejected, probably by a firewall. The error is pretty clear:
The request failed. Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 199.59.242.151:443

3CX is trying to connect to the server on IP address 199.59.242.151 on port 443, and the server is not accepting this connection. When the server doesn't respond after a period of time, it's usually a firewall which is ignoring the connection request.
