Exchange Sync

We are evaluating 3CX to replace our existing, aging, system. According to the above article, I should have an "Exchange" button on my Contacts page to populate our address book, but I'm not seeing it. We have not yet purchased a license, would that be the reason I can't sync with Exchange?

Yes this is a license issue. The free license does not include CRM integration, you will have to upgrade for it to work.

You mean the CRM integration or the Exchange integration? They are not the same.
