Hi guys,
I deployed CRM D365 integration. It works like a charm but I would journal the calls only for a trunk because I need to track only the calls received from our support team (there is a specific telephone number).I don't care about the other calls from other trunks.

Is there the possibility to filter the inbound calls??

Regards,
Graziano.

The call journal is reported based on email matching of the extension and user:

Ok, I see.
But please explain me how can it solve my problem??

Let's suppose I have two trunks. The first with XXX number and the second with YYY number. The number XXX is the support number and the calls is received only by a specific group because that number is for support specific request (I need to track these calls in my CRM). The same customer decides to call our administrative dept to YYY. I don't care about this call. I don't need to journal it. Both support and administrative employs have an e-mail in CRM that match with 3CX... but I don't want to track the calls received by admin dept.

NB: I understood what you mean. But if I remove the email in the extension how can I use voicemail service for example?

Regards,
Graziano.

The best will be to modify the template (copy and create a new custom version), and in that copy, add a conditional to the reportCall to check the QueueExtension. If it's not the support queue/ring group, then skip.
