executive overwrite

Hi there,

is it possible to do executive overwrite with 3CX ?

example....
ext 101 having conversation with ext 102 and the operator (or manager) overwrite this conversation.

If you mean by overwrite the ability for a manager or operator to intrude into or terminate the current call then this not possible.
I had asked for this feature previously but you cannot do this with 3CX as the SIP protocol does not support this feature.

Other phone systems that provide this feature are using a proprietary system to achieve this function and are not pure SIP based systems.
