Is there a way to export contacts from the webclient? I have a customer who has dozens of contacts in there webclient they want to export is there anyway to do this?

Hi @dapdacompx

Please note that you can only create or import contacts from the WebClient.

To export contacts, this can only be done from the Management Console by going to Advanced>>Contacts>>Export.

Also if you are referring to personal contacts, these cannot be exported from the management console either.

Yes, you can export contacts from the web client in most email services. Here's how to do it in some popular email services:
  1. Gmail:
  • Go to "Contacts."
  • Check the boxes next to the contacts you want to export.
  • Click on the "More" button and select "Export."
  • Choose the format you want to export the contacts in (e.g. Google CSV, vCard).
  • Click on the "Export" button to download the file.
  1. Outlook:
  • Go to "Contacts."
  • Check the boxes next to the contacts you want to export.
  • Click on the "File" menu and select "Export."
  • Choose "Comma Separated Values" and click "Next."
  • Select the folder containing the contacts you want to export and click "Next."
  • Choose a location to save the exported file and click "Finish."
  1. Yahoo Mail:
  • Go to "Contacts."
  • Check the boxes next to the contacts you want to export.
  • Click on the "Actions" button and select "Export."
  • Choose the format you want to export the contacts in (e.g. CSV, vCard).
  • Click on the "Export" button to download the file.
Note: The specific steps to export contacts may vary depending on the email service you are using. If you are using a different email service, please refer to the service's support documentation for specific instructions.
