Hi All,
I have to (try to) confirm that the settings for all extensions have been setup correctly for a customer.
Doing that manually for scores of extensions is not particularly attractive / viable, so I figured I would just export the extensions to a CSV file, and check it in Excel, which should be fairly trivial (and less prone to missing something!)
However, when I export the extensions from the 'Management Console', it does not appear to include configuration that is only accessible from the 'WebClient - Admin' section, and when I export the users from the 'WebClient - Admin' section, it only includes names, email addresses, and phone numbers (not even the extension number, let alone anything else).
For reference, this describes what you get from the 'Management Console' export of extensions:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/bulk-extension-import/
So, how do I get an export showing all the configuration settings for all extensions, including the 'call forwarding' settings?
Thanks,
Alan.
