Exporting Transcripts as PDFs or Word Files

I'm looking to see if I can export transcriptions of calls automatically as a PDF or Word (or any other text file) automatically into a storage location (such as Azure Blob or similar) rather than storing the info as text within an SQL cell?

Or, secondly if that cannot be done, a method for automatically exporting that cell into a PDF, Text or Word format as a seperate file?

Help would be apprciated as I don't know where to start!

Hello,

There is no build in facility, but using the data connectors to export the DB will allow you to easily hook some simple script which generates the file in whatever format and layout suits you.
