Ext - management console password reset

Hi,
I'm very new to the 3CX. I have a user that does basic admin changes to the system and his forgotten his 3CX management console password.

His ext is 216,
I login using WebAdmin which has full access rights, what is the best way to reset his password? sorry I'm still learning my way around the system.

This message shows that either the credentials are wrong (Check youre not pasting a space in anywhere) or that this option isnt checked under extension rights:

Hi,
He logs in using his ext 216, he asked for his password to be reset which I'm unsure how to do correctly.

He has this enabled

The web client and admin console are two different portals.

Under EXT settings go to Rights and enable the option I screenshotted above.

Go to the EXTs page in MGMT console, tick the box next to the EXT and press REGENERATE.

They will be emailed a new PW.
