Hi, I recently installed a local server but I see that the provisioning QR code only works with the public FQDN and the same case for sharing presence between 3CX bridge . Is it normally ? because I try to share presence through the local registry that points to the local IP of the server but it does not work, even the bridges between 3cx work through local registry.

Please note that bridge presence only works with the FQDN; it no longer works with IP or any other IP as per the latest update.

QR codes should be scanned with the webclient opened with the FQDN; in v20, there is no longer access via IP.

Use Split DNS to handle having the FQDN use the local IP.

Is it the same situation for SSO? because the autentication only works with the FQDN . I think that because is the FQDN URL Application to connect to Azure AD.
