Hallo together,
I would like to customize my CRM template (Pipedrive). Pipedrive has an array for phone numbers. I would like to transfer this to a 3CX contact. Two variables must therefore be created in the template. (BusinessPhone1 and BusinessPhone2)

  • 3CX: contact, business phone1, business phone2
  • Pipedrive: contact, phone-array(“work”, number, primary)
    • where: primary is true = number of business phone1 and false = number of business phone2
The query of the first phone number works with this rule:
  • <Variable Name=“PhoneBusiness” LookupValue="” Path=“data.phone.value”><Filter><Rule Type=“Equals” Ethalon=“work”>data.phone.label</Rule></Filter></Variable>
However, I have no idea how to set up the second “Rule”, as the value of Primary=false must be queried here.
Does anyone have an idea on this and I hope my explanation was understandable.

You can't. Flat arrays are not supported. Check the built-in Pipedrive template for examples.

Thanks for the quick reply.
What a pity, then we in 3cx will have to live with one phone number for the time being. Perhaps there will be support for arrays in the future.

Just do what the built-in template does. Grab the ID in the search and have a chained scenario to grab the full person object where you have actual assoc arrays of numbers.
