Hi,

I'm running a Call Log report from the Call Reporter software and see the destination number 999 come up in a large number of the inbound calls. When I dial 999 it asks me for personal identification number, so I'm assuming that's the voicemail extension.

How can I confirm what x999 is? And if that is my voicemail extension then does that mean the inbound callers are ending up in someone's mailbox when it shows a destination of 999?

Thanks!

If you chose 3 digit extension numbers, then by default, 999 will be the voicemail access number (that can be changed if you wish). If that is what incoming callers are getting, then, yes, calls may be going to an extension and then it's mailbox, or directly to the VM system, it depends on what you set up.
You can confirm how inbound calls are routing by making use of the 3CX server logs.
