Extension busy?

Hi,

I've installed a small business edition and I have a little problem. Sometimes when I try to call an extension, I find the extension busy even if it is free.
In Destination Unreachable / Forwarding / Phone busy menu, I set Busy Detection in USE PBX STATUS. Is that correct?

I have that set to 'Use Phone Status' and it works fine.
