Extension fields show incorrectly v14

When clicking on Extensions on the web interface, I have Last Name showing in the Extension field, Extension shows in the Last Name field, Email Address shows the MAC address, Mobile Number shows Phone Model, MAC Address shows email address.

Within the extensions themselves, everything shows exactly where it should.

The system has been restored from a v12.5 backup which may be causing an issue, but the same also applies if I create a brand new extension.

Is there a way I can fix this?

Try with Chrome. I have a feeling you are looking at this with Edge browser.

That was exactly the case. Always worth trying the simplest thing first.
