Extension filling call back

Hello everyone!

I have just recently upgraded one of my clients to 3cx 15.5, and we are having a very strange issue. One of the user's that is using a grandstream gxp2160 is getting a call from her own extention and it fills up her incoming queue lines with calls from herself that will not go away till she clicks on each one.

Has anyone one ever heard of something like this before?

If you came from an earlier version i would recommend factory resetting the phone and re-provision it using the 3CX default templates. Also make sure that the phone is running the 3CX supported firmware. https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/
