Solved Extension Forwarding Rules - Ring my mobile simultaneously

Hello. I am trying to use the " Ring my mobile simultaneously" option.
Outbound rule is ok, and the pbx generates the external call to my mobile, but it doesn't keep the extension ringing. The extension rings on first attemp for aprox. 0.1 s, and doesn't ring anymore. After that, the call to my mobile is generated correctly.
What do I have to configure to get the simultaneosly ringing?
Same result if I use an extension registered on physical ip phone, or softphone in windows. I am trying to test the easiest way for forwarding to an external number.
Besides this, I would like to know how to use the extention Greeting (Forwarding Rules). Is there any way to pre-answer with some recording, while forwarding to the mobilephone? Are Queues the only way to do that?

Testing now, I see that I receive the Greeting msg when I reach de voicemail, sorry for that obvious question.

I can assure that it was a signaling issue, because I was coming out through a sata box. I tested it by a digital trunk, and everything is ok about the " Ring my mobile simultaneously" option. I write it down if it helps anybody...
