Extension is unregistered

Hi
Can someone help with following:
Extension 9110 is unregistered, removed contact: sip:[email protected]:2048;line=gyxv5wxl

This happens with 3 SNOM 300 phones.

I hope someone can assist.

I can not provision these phones for some or other reason.

can you ping them from the 3cx server? it sounds like they have timed on the registration. you will need to post a log of them trying to register and make sure that they actually are registering.

Hi. Yes I can ping the phones but there is something wrong with privisioning

What's the registration period of your SNOM phone?
Try to set it manually to 1800 seconds (I assume the default is 3600 sec.).
