Solved Extension list not visible

Last week I upgrade our 3cx to latest version 16.0.9 standard annual
I noticed today that the extensions list is empty , but they are still shown under dashboard status extensions up
Didn't touch anything, extensions are working fine and show up in all clients
what can cause this ?

Any suggestions?

Have you tried loading the Management Console in the browser's incognito mode or from a completely different PC as well? Try hard refresh a couple of times using CTRL+F5, do you still get the same thing? The fact that the extensions are working and functionality has not been hindered suggests that, as you mentioned, all extensions exist and that the related configuration is in order.

opening other browser showed that it's browser related
refreshing a few times with Ctrl+F5 was the solution
