Extension Numbering

Hi Guys,

I just want to find out, with most VBX systems and Multi-tenant solutions they all have the option to have the same extension numbers per department. Allowing for the use of Ext 200 or Ext 100 in multiple departments and not having to give out random extension numbers because of this restraint. Is there plans to add this in an update anytime soon? Yeastar is actually using this in their marketing emails..

Think of this like the 3CX SMB Pro.

The extensions are not shared between tenants.

Anyone who requires the advanced functionalities and their own numbering should remain, or be deployed to a dedicated instance.

This is to help you get the very small customers who dont have much requirements onto 3CX>

I get it but I do still think they are leaving a few things on the table with this Multi-tenant offering they have brought out. Someone should rethink this. A shared extension number shouldnt be coupled with "advanced functionality"
