Extension passwords after upgrade to SP6

Hi

I see the extension password after upgrade to V15 sp6 all has hazzard signs.
I hope it will not like in past release stop you from making any changes to the extension before the password is updated. Is there any quick way to regenerate new passwords to the extensions? I have 1 big system with more than 1000 extensions...

Hello @jofer

The exclamation mark is there to indicate that the passwords of the extensions need changing. The extension however will continue to work normally and you can make changes to them.
To update the passwords you can select the affected extensions or use the select all button and click on the regenerate button. This will update all the extensions passwords. If you are using supported devices these will auto provision to use the new password. That also includes 3CX clients. Un-supported devices however will need to be manually re-provisioned so they can register to the PBX.
