Hi all,

What is this right called "Can park calls" under extension ?
Whether it is selected or not, my extension can park calls using Shared Parking KEY.

Hello @saint_

The right removes the option from the clients to park calls through the switchboard. if the phone has a physical shared parking button then it can still park calls.

And to add to that, It also changes the ability for the end user to see the Park Status via the 3CX softphone.
