Extension Settings

Good Morning,

Does anyone know whether i can set an extension number i.e 10 to go direct to a skype username?

i have tried a few diferent configations but unless i have a phone provisioned it will not forward to a skype name

under the Extension click Out Of Office

enter the Skype ID in the box "an External Number or Skype ID"

then goto the "Other Tab" and set "Current Status" to "Out of Office"
