Extension Statistics report is not showing accurate data v20

I have a client that is running this report and there are statistics showing up for "Firstname Lastname" and then completely different statistics showing up for "Lastname, Firstname"

The majority are 3CX browser extensions in the environment with a few 3CX app. I can only guess that this is the difference but there is no label. The report also does not show the extension number which is a problem if you have more than one Jose Garcia (very common in this area).

Please advise

Does anyone have some insight? I read through some other posts but did not see anything that defines which is which:

Firstname Lastname = Statistic A
Lastname, Firstname = Statistic B

Okay, now I am completely unsure how to read the data:

There is a user with 2 sets of statistics and he only uses the Mobile App. He has a large number of call showing in both.

Can someone from 3CX shed some light on this? Is the client mis-configuring their Departments and that is causing this?

I have not checked on the latest version. We opted to export to Zapier and manually create the report.
