Hi everyone,
I have been reviewing several discussions in the 3CX forums and noticed that many users are looking for better reporting on extension and agent statuses, such as Available, Away, Do Not Disturb, Unregistered, and others.
We have developed a reporting solution that collects this information and displays it in Grafana for easier visualization and analysis.
The solution currently includes:
A real-time view of the current status of each agent or extension, including the last time the user entered that status. The reporting delay is approximately 30 seconds.

A timeline for each extension or agent, daily status trends, and availability percentages by agent.

Time distribution by extension, total connected time, number of status changes, and additional reports that can help supervisors better understand agent availability and behavior.

We also have an audit report that shows when a non-administrative user views or downloads a call recording from the 3CX Web Client or PWA.
The goal of these reports is to provide more visibility into agent availability, improve operational monitoring, and help teams identify opportunities to improve service levels and customer experience. If you need a custom report or have any specific reporting requirements, please let me know. We can also develop reports based on CDR data to complement the reports already available.
I am sharing this in case it could be useful for anyone looking for more detailed 3CX reporting.
Please feel free to reach out if you would like to learn more or see a demo.
