Extension Status: Not registered

Hi


I just newly install 3cxphonesystem but i am getting the error saying that Status: Not registered after i had added new extension. I' already disable the windows firewall and install on both windows2003 and vista but still the same. Below is the output from 'server status'. Anyone please kindly advice me for this issue. FYI: i am trying free version.

These two lines seem to indicate that one of the services does not manage to start up correctly. Please check the build number by going to the Server Status page. Also check the status lamps for all the services, also on the server status page.

Reply to this post indicating the build number, the lamps which are on, the Windows version and language you are installing on, and also the output of the following command line commands:

netstat -a -b -n -p UDP

Free version still need to request the free license and should load it? Any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Free version does'n need to request the free license to functionality...

My suggest is to install a previous version of 3CX (5.0.3790 for example) and check if all is OK, if so, comment your issue to the technical support.

The problem is to find a previous version...

I cannot be absolutely sure, but the following:

seems to indicate that you have a corrupt WinSock stack.

You will need to fix this before getting reliable network connectivity.

For that what Kevin says... the best way to do it is reinstall the TCP/IP windows protocol...

Regarding this:

In this scenario the PBX will work in "Free Version" mode. If your installation is the "Free Version" then you can safely ignore this message.
