Hello everyone,

i discovered a problem on my installation.
We have v16.0.4.493, cloud based on Azure (3CX deployment)

We have 5 extensions / IP Phone.
I discovered that on 3 of them, the mobile phone number is misconfigured (wrong numbers or nothing). I put the real one, the update works fine (see it in logs)
But the following day, i discover that the previous informations are back....
I put them back, i restart 3cx: same problem.
I finally discover that when i restart the "3CX PhoneSystem 01 Configuration Server" service, the preblem appears.
I can see in the logs that only the 3 extensions are updated, (with the old/wrong informations)

My idea is that when i make the modifications, there are not stored permanently, and when a reboot or service restart occurs, the old informations are reused.

I anyone has an idea....

Thanks :)
sorry for english... french guy...

Tu cliques sur OK pour valider tes modifs?

euh oui bêtement, faut pas?

Si justement , il ne faut pas oublier de le faire pour sauvegarder les modifications

bon ben il doit y avoir un autre problème vu que je valide bien avec OK

Hi all,

Please use english for the general forum, or just use our French forum instead.

As for the issue, have perhaps enabled this option by mistake? It must be disabled otherwise it will restore the settings from your previous backups

sorry for the french...

The checkmark is disabled... strange

And you do not use failover by any chance no? Ensure it is also disabled.

Do you use Office 365 integration? This reads from the Office server and updates your extensions upon restart.

You're a genious... It cames from my sync with Office 365.
The informations are misconfigured in the Office 365 Profile of the user...

A Huge Big Up

Thanks again for your help :)
