Extension with Red Icon

Hi there,

Suddenly 2 of the extension showing with red icon and can make outgoing calls but cannot receive calls. Tried reboot and re-register the extension and issue remains the same.

Phone Model: Yealink SIP-T27P.

Tried with 3cx Softphone issue is same.

Please advise.

These are probably different issues.

The red icons are most likely required firmware updates for your phones. Unless of course you have uploaded custom templates. There should be a message to tell you.

The outbound call issue I would look at your logging to get an idea whether it is PBX or trunk problems.

Ah didn't see the screenshot at the bottom on smartphone.

Yes seen that before myself, causes mayhem for call routing as you can only see it on 3CX phone I believe.
