Our LAN consists of two subnets. In server version 3, all internal extensions on both subnets work fine, but in server version 5 the extensions that are on a different subnet from Phone_Server are considered external and the RTP traffic is routed through firewall, outside the LAN. Since there is no check-box for Internal/external configuration of extensions, there is no way for me to configure the extensions from other subnet to be internal. Can you tell me where 3CX server version 5 network data is read/configured ?

network data of Phone_Server:

IP address....193.203.19.95
subnet mask...255.255.254.0
default gateway...193.203.18.1

Thanks

in version 5 internal/external extension has been made auto and it will find it automatically where the extension is.

Now with you rissue first thing is if your network have router you can set into router that you have got 2 lan in your network and have respective routes for the same configured on the router so traffic goes to respective subnet where you want.
