Today I noticed that most of our phone extensions that are associated with a Yealink phone are showing 2 phones attached (Yealink and 3CX App). These are not extensions that have the windows app installed or have access to the phone app. I cannot delete this phone either (delete button grayed out.)
The iPads with the phone app are only showing 1 'phone' aka the 3cx app.
What is happening here?
