Hello!
We have mobile phones connected via extensions (2-digit). When a caller dials a mobile phone, the caller's dialing number is displayed on the receiver's mobile phone (example "+23"). Correct would be +43 1234 3453 23 (only for mobilphones). Is this possible?
3cx 15.5 + beronet

regards

To be clear, the 3CX extension # of the caller appears on the display of the mobile phone?

Are you forwarding the call to a mobile number, or using the ring my mobile at the same time option? Did you want the originators number to be sent to the mobile? There are some trunk display options that can be changed BUT they may have unintended changes involving other types of calls over those trunks. There is also a number field in the extension to put a CID to be displayed to outside callers, but again, this affects all outside calls from that extension, not just calls to mobiles.

We want the whole number of the extension to the mobile phone is sent

In each extension settings, there is a field called Outbound caller ID. Since your current provider is passing on the two digit extension, then with the current trunk settings, any number you put in there should show at the destination phone. This will affect all outbound caller ID from extensions that have a number put in there, and not just calls to certain numbers. There are also settings for the trunk that allows you to choose what is sent for caller ID. Any changes will affect all calls over that trunk group so make any changes with caution and record the original settings.
