Extern call after 32 seconds

Good Morning everyone, so i begin with 3cx and have issue, ( im not an expert just a newbie)
so we install 3cx the test in internal with 3cx app is ok, when we receive a call from extern is ok also

but when we want to call from 3cxapp iphone to a extern number its fail after 32 seconde every time

and for information the incoming call doesnt cut after 32 secondes only ,
and yes the number of the trunk appear with outside
and in the organisation the interncall with 3cx app doesnt cut

• 3CX Version, e.g. Standard Annual 16.0.4.493
• Server OS, Debian 9 /
• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? virtual machine on hyperv with dedicate ip
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware: 3cxapp
• Provisioning Method: stun with 3cxapp
• Trunk Provider vh
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: YES /

I'd double check that the firewall checker actually passes.This is a typical NAT issue when calls drop around the 30 second mark.

Experienced 32 second call drops myself in the past - normally always a SIP ALG/SIP Helper related issue, so as @cobaltit says look at the firewall/firewall checker.

With this being said the App uses port 5090 to connect so would of hoped it would of "masked" the traffic from the firewall, but would still look at this as a potential problem area.
