Why would the PBX disable a extension with the following error code?

30049

External calls from ext.%1 is disabled by Administrator

Warning

Admin disabled external calls

System was upgraded last week Friday to Version 20.

Check the audit log, it was likely a human error, possibly confusing some options.

Alternatively, it could be a result of transitioning settings from v18 to v20, which I doubt, but it’s not impossible. There's no way to know for sure unless an investigation is done by comparing a v18 backup with a v20 backup.

However, I doubt it’s worth the effort since you can resolve this fairly easily, and it’s unlikely to happen again now that the v20 upgrade is complete.

Also check on « Schedule » Tab
If this option is enabled, it will automatically check the other box when you are outside of business hours.
