External calls keeps disabling

We have one extension that keeps disabling external calls at random times. I've tried reprovisioning but it still happens. It doesn't happen regularly. It is a Fanvil X3G handset and we are running 15.5.15502.6 It's not "automatically disable outbound calls outside of office hours" and I also read on another thread something about hotel services but we are not a hotel and this is not the case. Anyone seen this or recommend what I could do?

Hi Ric,

Please define what you mean by "disabling external calls".

- Can you make internal calls (confirm)?
- Do you try to dial outbound calls and get some kind of message?
- Do other extensions have the ability to make outbound calls minus the one above?
- What if you log in to your Windows app/Webclient for that extension and make the call?
