External calls not delivering in apps

Hello,

I have installed new 3cx PBX. And connected GSM gateway to this.

Now i am able to call any mobile from these extensions. But i am not receiving incoming calls to the extension. If i call to that number, it is ringing somewhere but not in routed extension.


Can anyone help me for this ?

Look at the activity log to see the details of the calls.

Check the forwarding rules (five of them) and see if you can see anything

When calling the number, within the dashboard under active calls can you see route of the call.

In activity log im not seeing anything related tot his. External calls only. Internal calls are working.

i mean external incoming calls are not delivering

While ringing to this number, In active calls nothing is showing

You'll have to check the GSM gateway to see if the call is arriving and then check if it's sending to 3CX. And if it is, 3CX's logs to see if the call is arriving at 3CX.

It's likely the GSM gateway isn't getting/sending the call to 3CX.

Im using portech mv374 as GSM gateway. Yeah it is ringing in GSM gateway. Not routing to 3cx.

Can anyone help me ?

Yes its not sending to 3cx. I have mapped it but not working. could you please help me ? when i call to the sim it;s ringing in GSM gateway.

You will likely get the best support with the GSM device by working with the GSM device vendor/support team. I don't know your GSM device or it's configuration.
