I have run into a problem that I think I have narrowed down to BroadVoice.
When I call out to some external phone systems using a BroadVoice line and attempt to dial an extension after the phone is answered by this external system all my selections are ignored. It is as though the external system cannot hear by selections. I can dial these same systems using a NexVortex line and everything works fine.
Has anyone else run into a similar problem? Is this a BroadVoice problem or is it common among VoIP providers? For example will I run into a similar problem with NexVortex lines when calling other numbers??
