I have 2 external snom 190 phones that can make calls but if i try to dial them 3CX says that it is trying to call them but nothing happens i just get the following (the below is the listing for one of the phones only)

I am using Version 5.1.4078.0

My 3CX IP address is 192.168.100.10

I have tried using a X-Lite phone on the same network as the above Snom and that works correctly.

Has anyone got any ideas? Is it that the Snom 190 is an old phone?

Thanks for your post.

The fact that Xlite works and Snom does not is most likely indicative to some port usage difference. Have you looked into this possibility and maybe follow a Wireshark scan to see the differences?

Is Xlite working across some VPN maybe?
