External IP in VIA Header

Is there any way, to send the external (manualy provided or discovered by STUN) IP adress in the VIA Header ?
I habe problems registering with a provider that is ignoring register requests with private IP via headers.

Any other ideas to circumvent this problem ?

Thanks for the direction. I had already seen this one, unfortunately there was no real solution.

Yes 3CX is standard compliant in this regard, but it does not help me at this moment.
