I have two issues at hand, I'm not sure they're related at this point.
Two users working for the same company. One went away abroad and called the company main line using his mobile phone (not connected to 3CX in any way) and used his coworkers extension number on the IVR. Coworker in company saw on her desk phone that she was showing up as the other desk phone extension, instead of her mobile number. Company is using the 3CX PBX hosted on AWS with 3 SIP trunks attached to it, calls are provisioned by an SBC, Yealink T19PE2 desk phones (a couple of T46's) with custom teplates, has around 50 people on it.
On the same call, the user in the company was talking to a lady from a completely different company for about 15 seconds. Unknown Lady hung up and the original caller from abroad was put through. I understand this might be a SIP truck issue someone down the line and possibly not related to 3CX itself, but I'm putting it in here for context.
Any ideas on the first issue? Any help would be appreciated.
