Extra digit incoming call

Running 3CX v11 SP3 with SPA504G phones (7.5.3 firmware)

We are using 0 as digit for outgoing calls so the users should dial 0 023 56 78 12 instead of 023 56 78 12. Now when someone calls the company it is shown as 023 56 78 12 so when the users attempts to redial the call failed becaused the additional 0 for outbound calls is not added. Is it possible to add a digit on all incoming calls ?

There is a section, in 3CX for reformatting incoming caller ID, you might have some luck with that, I've also seen some gateways that have that capability.

Some users have created an additional outbound rule to deal with Caller ID (returned calls), as displayed.

Easiest way is to add an outbound rule handling dial-ups like quoted with one leading zero by adding additional digit '0' or just allowing straight through dialing if you normally omit the leading zero.
