Extra Missed Calls emails

I am receiving missed email calls even if I answered the call.

I am new to 3cx. I have the Pro version. My extension has three phones attached (VOIP Phone, Windows 3CX, Android 3cx).

Any ideas what might cause this?

We have already opened a ticket and they answered us that currently this option is not supported if you have multiple phones.

if you answer the call - it is not missed. why would 3cx consider this a missed call?
that seems like a total fail.
