Facebook int via webclient admin

hi guys

i'm trying to set up the facebook integration via the web client admin and i've managed to do it all but I cannot figure out the routing part.

How do I get facebook to send to my extension?

I can do it from the mgmt console but I have no way in the web admin to route the call to an extension.

this guide https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/facebook/ just says to read the call handling manual..

How do I get facebook to send to my extension?

You can set the Facebook integration as system wide or Part of Group.

1. System wide - The trunk will be created and will be available ‘System wide’ (Default group).
2. Part of Group - The trunk will be created within the chosen group.

Then remember that at the beginning you created a Test user. After the app is validated and approved by Facebook you can change this test user to another extension.

I assume the facebook set up requires the use of the webclient admin and mgnt console to get going? Thats the only way I could get it to go where I wanted it to.
