Facebook Integration - pages_messaging not approved

Hello 3CX Team,

We're in the process of integrating Facebook messaging to our 3CX phone system, we managed to passed the Business Asset User Profile permission, but we're stuck in a limbo on the pages_messaging permission. The review requires sending and receiving of message from Facebook to 3CX and 3CX to Facebook. We manage to demonstrate the sending of message from Facebook page going to the application/web client. But we're not able to respond to the message from the webclient. Every time we initiate a reply, there's an "X" icon below at the message. Please check the screenshot below for your reference.

Also tried switching the app from development mode to live, but it's still the same. Are there any adjustments that needs to be done from the 3CX side or Facebook App settings?

Hi Team,

We were unable to approve the permission requested because in the screencast was unable to demonstrate the sending and receiving of message from Facebook to application and vice versa.

In the next submission, please make sure to demonstrate the main function if the requested permission which is the sending and receiving of message from Facebook to application and application to Facebook.

The official 3cx guide needs a big overhaul because meta has changed the steps and they don't match up with the guide in many steps. I couldn't even get this far. If you can't even set this up as a partner, there's no hope for a non partner to figure it out with an out dated guide.

We try the Facebook Messenger integration now multiple times and like one year, every time its declined from facebook. They say, that they send a message and we dont get it, but when i try to send a message, i get it. We think to stop the integration project bc of that problem.

Same issue here. Getting the following errors:
