Good morning dears.

I have an issue integrating 3CX with Facebook. When i add callback url a receive the following error: The callback URL or verify token couldn't be validated. Please verify the provided information or try again later. I think it´s a SSL problem, im using my own SSl. I tried to edit my SSL Certificate but it stills remains. Please i need your help.

Hi there.
As a first step, you must ensure and have an open HTTPS port that is used for the PBX and not lock to a specific IP.
Also, ensure that you have a Verified Business account for FB.

Hi Oleg, my HTTPS port is default 5001. I should open to all Ips?

I´m checking my business account

So you will need to ensure that there is communication with the PBX and Facebook and that nothing is blocked over that 5001 port.
In case you were limiting IP who can access your 5001 port, it could have been that Facebook was blocked too.

Hi Oleg,

I validated my account and use another one as test and its remains.

I can open call back URL on 3CX server and outside lan. Appears 0.

Will it be a SSL Certificate issue?

Thanks in advance

Does it mean you are using your own FQDN and SSL certificate?
That should not be an issue. Ensure that the token that is used is not expired.
The process there as per the manual must be straightforward.

Hi Oleg. My Network team said that 5001 port is not blocked for facebook.

Yes, iam using my own SSL certificate and FQDN

Thanks in advance

3CX integration with Facebook can cause some problems, especially related to SSL setup. Try double-checking your SSL certificate configuration to ensure it is configured correctly and meets Facebook's URL callback validation requirements.

Hello Uriel, Could you share your mail or whats to be easier?

Best regards

So on your PBX end firewall, you lock to the specific IPs?

No, i didnt lock specifics IP.I have in/out policies as 3CX documentation

Then that check from the website above should have reached your server, but it could not for some reason.
For example, I just put there mine and its working just fine.

Hi People.

Firewall permit only conections coming from USA, Portugal and Angola.

Does Facebook uses a different location?

May it be the reason?

Could you tell me wich location is using facebook devs?

That might be a question to ask from Facebook Support.

Or see from your own firewall logs which IP is trying to send a request and see which country it is assigned.

Good morning all.

It was a location problem. I couldnt find wich countries facebook requests were coming from. I tried to add South Africa and USA on exceptions and didnt work. So we opened for all countries and is working now.

Now my network admin will check the countries to add on exceptions.

Special thanks to Sweet Actions And OLeg. Gracias

Best regards bro
