facebook livechat link cannot make calls

Hi i have put a llivechat link on facebook post ad , however when using my phone only chat feature works, but live calling is a problem (it rings without going through on 3cx). Testing using a computer seems ok for both calls and chats however. This is unfortunate as most of our clients use mobile phone and will like them to call receptions for inqueries on facebook post adverts. My fb post is here .

I typically use chrome on iOS and everytime I have to enable mic access.
