Hi Experts,

I am migrating my NFR licensed 3CX to Version 20 by clicking the 'Update Button' but I have encountered some issues with the log file stated below. Unfortunately, I am unable to raise ticket for the NFR license. Please advise how should I proceed as NFR licensed 3CX need to updated to v20 by end of September, otherwise it will lose functionality

Thanks!!

Backup and restore probably best.

Because your postgresql version is not original 3CX v18. It should be v11 on Debian 10, not v13 on Debian 11. Look at your log line 1: requesting cluster version 11 but it's 13.
The second postgresql upgrade is later and requests cluster version 13.

We have more than 10 3CX self hosted servers, which is impossible for us to reinstall all the 3CX again.

Backup/Restore is maybe 20 Minutes...
