maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

Strange that the repo is giving you a 403 Forbidden error.
I just tried to pull that file from them, and the web server didn't return with an error.

The same for me , clicking on link included in your first post give me access to DL the file with no problem

Also wondering why you are attempting to update via the command line instead of the management console?

Sorry I thought you pasted terminal output. When pasting logs please remember to always state where they came from exactly (ie. Terminal? Activity Log? Specific 3CX service log?)

Yes please avoid doing upgrades manually via terminal generally speaking. Via the management console we have control of conditions before updating anything and do not proceed if conditions are not met.

Manually updating 3CX via apt upgrade would force an update even when not advised and increases the possibility of breaking the system, simple example: you are on Debian 8 and force update your 3CX to V16. The system will break because the dependencies that V16 relies on are only installable in Debian 9.

So where is this log from exactly and what version of Debian and 3CX are you currently running on?
