Hi team,
We have a customer experiencing an issue intermittently.
Somehow, some calls on some DIDs only, and randomly, drop after 2sec. Someone answered but it drops anyway.
The flow is this: CFD app, transfer to RG 800 in RingAll.
What could be causing this?
PS: the system chosen isn't the right one. Most of our systems don't show in that useless dropdown.
