Solved Failover back to primary

Having an issue where after the active server is restored, all public traffic is still going to the passive server. In other words, any external traffic using FQDN is still resolving to the public IP of the passive server while internal traffic is resolving to the private IP of the active server.
Is there a step we missed to get public records to update?

Thank you for the reply. We fixed the issue when the customer physically unplugged the network connection from the passive system.
