Hello,
I got an issue last night. The secondary 3CX had a internet failure. Then, he can't check the principal 3CX services, he decide to be the active, and when Internet came back, all the users go to the secondary 3CX but the principal was never in failure state.
For the passive 3CX, can you add the ability to check an IP and active the faileover system when 1 ou more services from the principal 3CX are down AND the ping (for exemple) of the passive 3CX is UP. If the ping is down, do not become the active 3CX.
Hope it will be listen by the 3CX développement team
